RASTO formwork is designed for wall and column building; maximum concrete pressure - 60kN/m² for one-floor buildings and 55kN/m² for multi-floor. System consists of 14 typical shields 270 or 150cm in height and 45 to 90cm in width. It also has fixed 90° corners that can be used as either internal or external. Additionally, it has hinge corner elements varying from 60° to 135°. Surface made of - 14 mm multi-layer polished plywood. Borders made of galvanized steel profiles.
MANTO - the most powerful wall formwork system that Thyssen Hunnebeck has to offer. Manto shields are made of galvanized steel borders that can hold pressure up to 80kN/m². This system is designed for wall, column and lift shaft building. Surface is made of 18mm 7-layered polished plywood. The main complex is made of shields that are 270cm in height (width varying from 45 to 120 cm) or 330cm in height (width varying from 45 to 240cm). It also has fixed corners that are 120 cm in height and internal hinge corners - 120, 270 and 330cm in height, that are designed for making internal corners from 60° to 175°. Columns of 90x90cm and 60, 120 or 270 cm in height can be built with Manto.
TEKKO - a small dimensional shield system designed for wall, footing and column building. Shields can hold pressure up to 40 kN/m². This system is unusual in its way of connecting shields - they can be connected either horizontally or vertically. The system can be made of shields that are 90 or 120cm in height and 30, 45, 60, 90cm in width. Either fixed or dynamic (from 0° to 110°) can be used.
VARIOMAX - floor formwork system that consists of wooden balks H20 (1,80m to 11,90m long), wooden balks R24 (0,9m to 6,0m long), polished plywood, props (3,5 to 4,5m), tripods, bearing and mounting cappings. Additionally, TOPEC modules are recommended for large floors.
FRAMAX formwork is designed for flat and bossy (up from 1,8m) wall, column and lift shaft building. The shields can hold pressure up to 80kN/m². The system consists of shields that are 1.35m, 2.7m or 3.3m in height and 0.3m to 1.35m, in width. Additionally the system includes a bigger shield (2.4x2.7m), universal (0.9m in height and 1.35, 2.7 or 3.3m in width ) shields and fixed or hence (35° to 135°) corner elements. The surface is made of 21mm polished plywood; borders - of galvanized steel.
FRAMI - a small dimensional shield system, designed for wall, footing and column building.
TOP 50 - a balk system, designed for flat and bossy surface (wall, column, lift shcaft, tunnel) building with concrete pressure up to 120kN/m². The system consitst of three-layered formwork-shield (external layers are 6mm thick, internal - 8mm thick) formwork. The shield is made of 50cm in width and 150, 200 or 250 cm. long, wooden formwork-balk and metal wall props.
Frame-based formwork system designed for footing, wall and column building. The frame is made of stell and surface is made of polished 18mm plywood. The system consists of several types of shelds - internal and external. Shields can be 2,7 or 1,2m in height and 30, 60, 90, 120, 240 or 72cm. in width.
